Timber Restoration
Full Strip & Repair — the teak frame is stripped back to raw timber, carefully inspected, and repaired where required.
Fine Sanding & Detailing — edges, joints, and sculptural details are hand-sanded to restore the original crisp design lines.
Durable Finish — polished with multiple coats to enhance the depth of the teak grain while providing a hard-wearing protective surface.
Upholstery Process
Webbing Replacement — fitted with premium Italian webbing for strong, long-lasting support.
Support Cloth — layered between webbing and foam to prevent friction and extend cushion life.
High-Resilient Foam — crimped over the frame edges to hold shape and reduce fabric stress.
Tailored Upholstery — available in your choice of premium fabric or leather, expertly applied to maintain the chair’s sleek mid-century profile.
