What is Antiquely?

Antiquely is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of a curated collection of vintage, antique and second-hand homewares. Think of us as your one-stop shop to buy the coolest, funkiest, prettiest, snazziest pieces for your home.

 

How frequently do you get new items?

New items are added every week! Please make sure you keep checking in on our website and sign up to receive our emails as we have new sellers join weekly and new items listed daily!

 

I just bought an item online, what happens next?

Firstly, thank you for supporting our environment and buying a beautiful pre-loved piece! You will either receive an email, text or phone call connecting you to the seller of your piece to discuss delivery or collection. If you do not hear from them, please email info@antiquely.com.au

  

I live interstate, how do I get my item delivered?

The seller will be in contact with you about a delivery quote for your item. If it is a bigger furniture piece, it could take up to 48 hours to receive quotes back from our delivery partners. Once the seller has the quote, they will be in touch. If you do not hear from them, please email info@antiquely.com.au

 

I just received my item and its damaged or not as described, what do I do?

Please contact us via email with images of the item, the box, packaging and a brief description of what’s occurred. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please send your email to info@antiquely.com.au

 

Is it possible to view an item before I purchase it?

Absolutely! You can contact the seller directly on the item listing and if you do not hear from them, please email us at info@antiquely.com.au and we can assist.

 

Can I put an item on hold?

Yes, we can place an item on hold for up to 24 hours.

 

What is make an offer?

Make an offer is a fantastic feature available to all buyers where you can make an offer on an item that has the make an offer button. Simply click the make an offer button and complete the information as part of the offer process. Once you submit your offer an email notification will go to the seller advising them of your offer. The seller can either accept, reject or counter your offer.
