Full Strip & Repair — timber frame stripped back to raw wood, carefully inspected, and repaired where required.
Fine Sanding & Detailing — joints, edges, and sculptural lines are hand-sanded to restore crisp definition.
Durable Finish — refinished with multiple coats to enhance the natural grain while providing long-lasting protection.
Upholstery Process
Webbing Replacement — premium Italian webbing fitted for strength and comfort.
Support Cloth — layered between webbing and foam to prevent friction and extend cushion life.
High-Resilient Foam — precision cut and crimped over frame edges for shape retention and reduced fabric stress.
Tailored Upholstery — upholstered in Bronco, a premium fabric blend of natural and synthetic fibres. Bronco offers a beautifully soft, natural handle paired with robust durability. With its plush chenille texture and impressive Martindale rub rate, it is ideally suited to heavy-use upholstery while remaining refined enough for drapery and accessories.
